Excepter return to Canada after a successful appearance at the Suoni Per Il Popolo festival the previous summer. Border trouble doubled this time and Porkchop was served a strongly-worded document that would prevent him from joining us in the Sala Rossa a few years later. Lala, who was a full-time member at this point couldn't make the trip for reasons forgotten. This was the first STREAM to feature Clare Amory, who would join the band as a permanent fixture soon after.
